Needed to replace my old one I've had for years. Amazon was on backorder so tried this company for the first time. Pleased with the availability as i needed it for work. Got here before the delivery date, too!
It is ok. The buttons are too close together for people with large fingers. I keep closing studies when I hit the dictate button and others at the same time. Nuance speech Mike has a better layout, but speech recognition not as good as Philips.

I've used Philips SpeechExec software for my transcription since 2020. My computer crashed at work, and I got a new one (Windows 11) and downloaded the new SpeechExec software. It runs smooth as silk. The hospital allowed me to download it to my computer because Philips is such a reputable company. Thanks so much!

Pretty sure my SpeechMike shipped the same day I ordered it. Price was better than on Amazon. I chart prep from home on clinic days and this is exceedingly more efficient than using the app on my phone. Certainly still expensive but I feel as though the upfront cost is worth it in time savings. It did take a while (and more than a few google searches) to get settings adjusted so that it worked properly with my virtual work environment and epic charting. Still working on the finer adjustments and settings. Overall, certainly recommend this retailer and am pretty happy with the device.

This is great! I used something similar during my days at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in the mid 80's but these are even better. I like the flat and flexible band and the shape of the ear pieces. They are so comfortable sitting on my ears and the ear pieces are firmly attached to the band. I can reach for something without losing my entire headset or having my head pulled to the side because of a short cord! I expected a little deeper sound but this is clear and I'm getting used to it. I would definitely buy these again. My husband and I are both totally blind and we MUST have good phones to communicate with our talking computers. Oh yeah, the pouch is a wonderful way to protect the headset!

Perfect dictaphone for my PACS system. No issues whatsoever. Great transaction with Dictamic.com. I placed the order on a Monday. Shipping was free. By later Monday the order was confirmed and shipped. It arrived on Tuesday.

Mic picks up better than my previous Nuance Power Mic 4. Company was fast to get product to me. Recommended.
It makes things much easier far as saving my hands from typing my dictations out. I’m really loving it.
I can no longer get this software to work. It used to load right up when I plugged in the recorder. I renamed the dictation and then proceeded with transcribing. Now, since the license has expired and I have purchased a new license, nothing seems to work. I can find no files, download no dictations and this is now useless to me. I feel like i just got duped out of $198.
I called to make the payment and I had no issues or problems.
I have used Olympus dictation for over 20 years. I have always had great equipment that never breaks and customer service is excellent when I have an issue with the software.
