The Philips PocketMemo DPM8000 is a portable dictation recorder built around a slide switch for one-handed recording, playback and review. Its 3D Mic system combines directional and omnidirectional microphones, with recording profiles for dictation, speech recognition and small meetings. This offer includes the ACC8120 docking station and a two-year SpeechExec Pro Dictate subscription for transferring and managing recorded dictation.

Applications and setup
Use the supplied USB cable or included ACC8120 dock to transfer recordings to SpeechExec Pro Dictate. Download SpeechExec using the product key supplied in the box. Philips currently specifies Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise, 4 GB RAM, a USB port and internet access for activation.
The current SpeechExec Pro application supports a recorded-file speech-recognition workflow with Dragon Professional 16 Individual/Group or Dragon Legal 16 when the appropriate Dragon license and setup are supplied separately. An optional Philips SpeechLive connection requires a separate subscription. The offer includes Pro Dictate for the author; transcriptionist software is a separate purchase.
For other transcription applications, choose a supported recording format. AES-encrypted DSS Pro files need Philips SpeechExec playback, so configure encryption to suit the receiving workflow.
