Move the handset freely around your desk while keeping familiar push-button controls. The Philips SpeechMike Premium Air SMP4000 sends voice audio wirelessly to its computer-connected receiver, with touchpad navigation and workstation or AirBridge connection options.

Why choose the SMP4000?

A handset free from a USB cable: Wireless operation lets you change your speaking position around the workstation without dragging a microphone cable.
Push-button dictation and touch navigation: Record and review through supported applications, and use the handset's touch sensor to move the cursor.
Dock for connection and charging: The ACC4000 docking station provides a workstation connection and a place to recharge the handset between sessions.
AirBridge connection option: An ACC4100 adapter can connect the handset to a computer without using the dock for the audio connection. It is the distinct accessory named in the AirBridge purchase option.

Applications and setup

Use the SMP4000 as an audio input for Dragon Medical One (DMO) or Nuance Dragon Professional 16 on a supported Windows workstation. Configure recording and command buttons through the supported application integration or Philips SpeechControl; receiving audio does not automatically map the buttons.

Philips SpeechLive explicitly supports SMP4000 browser dictation. Set up hardware control in Chrome or Edge using Philips Device Connector and Event mode where required. Philips provides Windows and macOS device configuration with some Mac functions limited. Keep handset, dock and AirBridge firmware compatible, and use the correct device integration for a remote desktop.

Philips SpeechControl drivers and configuration tools are free downloads. Paid dictation and speech-recognition applications are purchased separately; this hardware offer includes no paid license or subscription.
