The Philips PocketMemo DPM6000 is a portable digital recorder for dictation you can capture, review and edit before sending it for transcription. Dedicated push buttons make recording and playback straightforward, while two omnidirectional microphones also support stereo recording for small meetings. The offer includes SpeechExec Basic Dictate with a two-year subscription.

Applications and setup
Record on the PocketMemo, then connect the supplied USB cable to transfer your files. SpeechExec Basic Dictate downloads, organizes and routes recordings for transcription. It is the author application; transcriptionist software and speech-recognition software are separate purchases.
Download SpeechExec using the product key supplied in the box. Philips currently specifies Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise, 4 GB RAM, a USB port and internet access for activation. An optional Philips SpeechLive connection is available through SpeechExec with a separate subscription. For other transcription applications, choose a recording format they support.
