Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At AAAPrice Inc. (DictaMic.com), we believe in putting our customers first. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee policy on all of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery date for a refund or exchange. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and have a positive experience with us. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at AAAPrice.

 Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their unshipped order through our website or by contacting customer service directly. If cancelling through the website, customers should navigate to their order history and select the option to cancel the unshipped order. If contacting customer service, customers can call, email, or use the online chat feature to speak with a representative. The representative will require the customer's order number and other identifying information to confirm the cancellation request.

Restrictions and Fees:

Customers can cancel their order at any time prior to shipping without incurring any fees. However, a restocking fee may be charged for cancellations made after a certain period of time. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.

 Refunds:

If a customer cancels their unshipped order and has already paid for it, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several business days to process and appear on the customer's account.

For Defective Products:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for most of our products, with the exception of licensed software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be complete, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • We accept returns by mail only. 
  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Each return with AAAPrice Inc must have an RMA number to ensure proper processing.
  • Please note that the client is responsible for creating their own return label when returning items. Once you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from our customer service team, you will need to create and attach your own return label to the package.

  •  Please note that the client is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes the cost of creating and attaching a return label to the package. If you choose to return an item, please be aware that you will need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe starts once we have received the returned item(s) and not from the date the client initiates the return.
    The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the client's account depending on their bank or financial institution.

  • Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of return shipping. If the client is returning the item(s) for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, they will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

For returns due to "Customer Remorse," such as purchasing the wrong product, the item not compatible, or simply no longer wanting the item, we accept returns by mail only. The process for contacting us to send back the return is as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

  2. Once you have obtained an RMA number, package the item(s) securely and include all accessories and manuals. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.

  3. You create your own return label.

  4. Please note that the client is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  5. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for most of our products. This means that the client has 30 days from the date they received the package to return the product if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase. 

  6. Please note that some products, such as licensed software, may not be eligible for return.

  7. We do not accept returns of used products. Additionally, we may charge a restocking fee for returns if any of the accessories are missing. 
  8. Once we receive the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.   10. AAAPrice has the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any returns are missing accessories or software or if the item item shows signs of use.
