SoundTech CM-1000 3.5 mm conference microphone

Capture voices around a table with a microphone that stays out of the way. The SoundTech CM-1000 has a low-profile boundary-layer design, 360° pickup and a 3.5 mm stereo plug for a compatible microphone input on a computer or recorder.

Why choose CM-1000?

• Record a group around the table: Omnidirectional pickup suits meetings and interviews where several people contribute.
• Keep the table clear: The low-profile microphone rests on the table instead of standing on a tall gooseneck.
• Extend a supported setup: Daisy-chain capability lets you connect additional compatible microphones when the recording setup calls for wider table coverage.
• Use an existing microphone input: The 3.5 mm connection suits compatible computers and portable recorders with the correct microphone jack.

Useful specifications

Compatibility and setup

Match the microphone input before choosing CM-1000. VEC specifies a separate microphone input for PC/Mac connections. A combined four-position TRRS headset jack needs an appropriate adapter; VEC identifies PA-3.5YHM-4 for that connection. Confirm the input requirements of a portable recorder as well.

This is the 3.5 mm CM-1000, not CM-1000 USB. The connected recorder or computer application captures the audio and controls the recording. No paid software license or subscription is included.
